excellent stay and service
welcome drink detailed explanation excellent cocktail great location
From the start the staff provided a welcome drink and a detailed explanation of all hotel facilities. i fully used the fitness suite, the spa, the pools, and also the bars. jairo offered excellent cocktail making and prompt bar service. the hotel features a great location allowing guests to really relax. I enjoyed the views.
my room was a good size however it seemed a little tired and dark! the description mentioned a toaster, microwave, and coffee machine though i only got a kettle.

dated bathroom loud noise
I was a bit disappointed with a few things. the bathroom felt quite dated. the shower grout needed a good scrub and the sink had a slow drain. also, the noise level in the evenings was higher than i liked. I could hear the entertainment from my room until late at night. it was hard to relax and get a good night's sleep because of the sound traveling so much.
